Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift operations to ensure efficient restaurant performance
• Coach, support, and motivate team members throughout each shift
• Maintain excellent guest service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Help create a positive, productive work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager is preferred
