SALES CONSULTANT – CUMBERLAND KIA

Cumberland Kia is growing and currently seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain product knowledge on Kia vehicles and dealership inventory

Qualifications:
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• New and pre-owned vehicle sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Self-motivated with a desire to earn a high income
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
