The qualified candidate will work with other maintenance staff to keep the school in good order. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, bathrooms, gym and cafeteria, small repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance of building and equipment, maintaining a clean environment around the outside of the school. Ability to lift boxes of supplies and books (no more than 50 pounds) and sometimes using a ladder to change lightbulbs, etc.
Candidate should show initiative, work well with others and independently, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to interact courteously and professionally with staff, students, volunteers, visitors, vendors, and the general public.

Nazareth Elementary is a Catholic school in the tradition of the Sisters of Saint Joseph serving students in Preschool (children ages three and four) to Grade 6.
