Customer Account Representative (Financial Services)

Customer Account Representative Responsibilities:  

• Customer service
• Collections account management
• Attend training classes & meetings 
• Assist with credit origination

Customer Account  Representative Hours:  

• 5-day work week
• No Sundays
• 40 hours a week
• Rotate Saturdays 8-1
• Weekday off when a Saturday is worked
• Office hours: M-F 9-6, Sat 8-1

Customer Account Representative Requirements:  

• Any customer service experience will be considered
• Able to work onsite 
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work the listed hours
• Good computer/keyboard skills
• Good communication & customer service skills
