Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer accounts and maintain accurate records of payment statuses
• Communicate effectively with customers in-person, over the phone, or via text to encourage timely payments
• Lift, move, load, and unload heavy furniture and merchandise safely
• Deliver, set up, and install furniture for customers
• Operate and maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles
• Protect merchandise during transport using blankets and straps
• Assist with building, staging inventory, and refurbishing merchandise
• Support store sales activities and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least one year
• Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check
