Automotive Sales Consultant – Kia & Nissan of Old Saybrook (M3S Auto Group)

Key Responsibilities



  • Guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process, building trust and delivering value every step of the way

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle

  • Introduce clients to digital tools for exploring vehicle options, features, and packages

  • Prepare and present vehicles for demonstrations, ensuring all technology features are fully functional (Bluetooth, navigation, hybrid systems, etc.)

  • Clearly explain vehicle performance, features, and benefits

  • Review and present optional equipment and upgrades

  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles across both brands

  • Collaborate with Sales Management on pricing strategies and model-specific options

  • Prepare personalized email communication ahead of appointments to ensure a seamless and informed customer experience
