Job Description - CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area, providing a wide range of services including buying, selling, and managing properties. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about our services and properties to clients

- Assist clients with property inquiries, showings, and scheduling appointments

- Maintain client records and update information as needed

- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services

- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of real estate industry and local market preferred

- Must be able to work full time, including some evenings and weekends as needed
