turbopuffer is looking for someone to help our customers succeed.

what you'll do:

• debug customer issues, optimize queries

• write examples for our docs

• live in customer slack channels, helping to solve problems

• own customer outcomes

must have:

• typist - you can write well and can explain complex ideas simply

• linux - you're comfortable in terminals and reading logs

• python or javascript/typescript - for reproducing issues and building solutions

• human - you build trust and keep things productive when everything's on fire

• systematic - you methodically work through problems until you've found the root cause

nice to have:

• k8s experience

• vector search or full-text search background

• experience with the major cloud platforms
