Customer Experience

Benzinger’s Clothing Care is looking for a full-time Customer Experience (CX) Team Member to join our Orchard Park location.

Our Orchard Park store is a welcoming neighborhood location with a wonderful base of dedicated customers. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy getting to know those customers, helping them with their clothing care needs, and making sure every visit feels friendly, easy, and personal.

What Your Day Looks Like

• You’ll interact directly with customers, warmly greeting them, helping with drop-offs and pick-ups, answering questions, and making sure they feel well cared for.


• Check incoming garments and other items into our customer database


• Organize completed orders so they are ready and easy to find at pick-up


• Keep the store clean, neat, and inviting


• Learn both opening and closing responsibilities


• Help keep everything moving accurately and efficiently throughout the day

Some shifts you'll work alongside other team members. At other times, you'll be trusted to manage the store independently.

Schedule & Training

This is a full-time position with a combination of opening and closing shifts.

• Orchard Park store hours are 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday


• CX Team Members are scheduled for either opening or closing shifts and learn the responsibilities of both


• You must be available to work up to two Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.


• Some initial and ongoing training will take place at our Hamburg location
