As a Customer Experience Supervisor at Ryerson, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work for customer experience representatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide all coaching, sales mentorship and training for team members


• Provide a cohesive and collaborative culture promoting open, frequent communication


• Drive hiring process for new team members as necessary


• Appraising performance in all sales functional areas


• Drive sales and margin growth that align with corporate/regional strategies


• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred


• 3-5 years of progressive levels of sales experience in the metals industry preferred


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Demonstrated leadership abilities to include ownership of performance management responsibilities


• Knowledge of metals prices, inventory and quality


• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency


• Expertise with SAP, Sales Force
