Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $76,300 - $99,200 Comprehensive Benefits Package Annual Bonus Eligibility 401k \u0026amp; Company Match Position Summary : The Manager Customer Planning is co-responsible for developing the Trade Plan for the overall Profitability/Healthy Performance of all assigned Customers. \u00a0This position is also responsible for increasing our return on investment through customer shopping programs, aisle architecture and assortment management.\u00a0 Key Job Responsibilities: Development of Quarterly Trade Calendar in collaboration with the Account Lead Conducts all quantitative pre and post promotion Breakeven Analysis Utilize trade management tools including but not limited to: \u00a0ROI Analytical Tools, Margin Miner and syndicated data (Circana / Nielsen) to understand Customer performance Gain alignment on all forecasts with Customer Executive and accurately input into our Trade Planning Module Ensure weekly calendars are accurate and communicated accordingly Continuously adjust Promotional Plans, driven by Customer, Customer Executive, trends, forecast accuracy, strategy/guardrail change and/or course correction. Responsible for highest integrity of internal / external promotional pricing forms Work with the Customer Lead on the development and execution of Customer Shopping Programs Development of executive level Power Point Presentations \u00a0 Abide by 3 Key Rules to achieve highest profitability Use the Standardized Price List Utilize established Guardrail Frequency (Except Upon Approval) 13Wk / 26Wk / 52Wk Avg Realization should be monitored and managed to ensure we are consistently exceeding our profitability targets. Key Behavioral Competencies: Ability to achieve specific objectives/outcomes and set/meet key initiatives Ability to collaborate with internal co-workers to fulfill deliverables/commitments\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage multiple projects simultaneously \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Self-Starter / Work in a proactive and aggressive manner (Empowered to Make Decisions) Education and Work History: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business-related field preferred. Ideal candidate will possess: Minimum of 3 years in either Sales Management, Customer Accounts, Pricing Management, Trade Planning, Revenue Growth Management or other relevant experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer skills and high proficiency in Excel with proficiency in Powerpoint and Word is required; proficiency with Navigator and Margin Miner is a plus Knowledge of syndicated data like Circana or Nielsen, ability to analyze data and communicate meaningful insights Travel is required \u2013 25% The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\u00a0Reasonable accommodations may be requested to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
