Customer Proposal Specialist

We're Hiring: Customer Proposal Specialist!

Are you a problem-solver who loves turning complex customer needs into winning solutions? We're looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our team and help shape how we deliver Spare Parts, Rebuild, Service, and Training solutions to customers who count on us.

What you'll do:

• Craft accurate, detail-driven aftermarket quotes by decoding customer specs
• Lead cross-functional review meetings with sales and project teams
• Become the go-to expert on our product BOMs
Build sharp proposal documents (hello, Excel macros!) and cost grids
• Partner with engineering, purchasing, and material planning to get it right
• Hunt down smart cost-saving strategies and process improvements
• Be a trusted voice for customers — because service comes first

What you bring:

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in material management, inventory control, sales, or similar
• Comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint, and the MS Office suite
• Bonus points: Bachelor's in Engineering or Oracle experience

You'll thrive here if you're:

• Analytical and solution-oriented
• Organized enough to juggle multiple moving projects
• A natural collaborator who also owns their work independently
• A confident communicator — from shop floor to boardroom
• Comfortable moving between a desk and a manufacturing floor environment
• Ready to bring your technical curiosity and customer-first energy to a team that values precision and partnership?
