Customer Relations Associate

The opportunity: This entry-level role builds strong customer relationships by providing responsive service and resolving routine concerns.

IN-PERSON • PEOPLE-FACING • ON-SITE

This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

A typical day may include:

1. Assist customers in person with questions and requests

2. Communicate solutions and service information clearly

3. Coordinate follow-up with internal teams

4. Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience

Candidate profile: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
