Customer Relationship Associate (CRA)

A growing company in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Customer Relationship Associate to serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships while driving retention and growth. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives on communication, follow-through, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned book of clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationship health


• Identify client needs and proactively recommend solutions to strengthen retention and satisfaction


• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and accurately


• Track client interactions, opportunities, and account status in CRM systems


• Support account growth through upselling, renewals, and referral development


• Prepare and present regular account reviews and status updates

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Comfortable working with CRM systems and tracking account data


• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

Compensation & Benefits $60,000 – $125,000/year based on experience and performance.
