Customer Relationship Manager

Join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager, where you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a primary point of contact, you'll build strong customer relationships, manage orders from inquiry through delivery, and collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time performance. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.


• Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, acknowledgments, certifications, and related documentation.


• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delivery changes, and issue resolution.


• Maintain accurate customer records in ERP and other business systems.


• Partner with Sales, Production Planning, Operations, Shipping, Quality, and Compliance to ensure customer expectations are met.


• Coordinate with Production Scheduling to support on-time delivery.


• Review customer contracts and flow-down requirements with guidance from Compliance and Legal, as needed.


• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.


• Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail while following company policies and procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a related role, preferably in manufacturing.


• Experience with ProShop ERP or a similar ERP system preferred.


• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).


• Ability to learn customer purchasing, shipping, and data portals.


• Familiarity with manufacturing, customer, and quality requirements is a plus.
