Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
