Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a leading real estate company in Jonesboro, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, whether via phone, email or in person

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services, properties, and policies

- Assist with property showings and schedule appointments for our agents

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Process rental and lease applications and ensure all necessary documents are completed

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and address any issues that may arise

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide excellent service

- Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations

- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software is a plus

- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus

- Must be able to work full-time, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
