SEKO MedTec is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team in State College, PA. This is a fast-paced, in-office position where no two days are the same. You will work closely with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.
We are not looking for logistics experience. We can teach the logistics side of the role. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
Coordinate projects from start to finish
Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams
Track orders and shipments while ensuring customer satisfaction
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Problem-solve and think proactively to meet customer needs
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire process
Strong customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and follow-through
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to obtain TSA certification
