Customer Service & Logistics Assistant / Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

My client's North American operations run through its Waltham facility, and this role keeps product moving: received, stored across temperature-controlled environments, and shipped to customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive and store materials at ambient, 4°C, -20°C, and -80°C
• Assemble kits and pack shipments, from dry-ice boxes to 200kg pallets
• Run put-away, inventory counts, and expiration tracking
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documents and coordinate with couriers and suppliers
• Process orders in NetSuite and Salesforce and support customers on shipping, returns, and exchanges

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Cold-chain or temperature-controlled storage experience
• Comfortable moving palletized freight with powered lifters
• Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
• Bonus: Incoterms, import/export declarations, and tariff codes

US work authorization required.
