Ace Handyman Services North Seattle is Hiring a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator!

Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time | W-2
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour

Overview

Ace Handyman Services North Seattle is looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and can confidently manage scheduling, customer interactions, and office coordination without constant supervision.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting customers, coordinating schedules for craftsmen, and ensuring day-to-day workflows stay organized and efficient.

As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally
  • Assist customers with scheduling services quickly and accurately
  • Manage and coordinate schedules using ServiceTitan
  • Keep technician schedules organized and optimized
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information
  • Follow up on leads, estimates, and upcoming appointments
  • Support daily office and administrative operations
  • Prioritize tasks and maintain workflow independently
  • Coordinate multiple jobs and schedule updates throughout the day
  • Deliver excellent customer service while solving scheduling challenges


Requirements

Must Have

  • 1–3+ years of customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

  • Scheduling or dispatch experience
  • Experience in home services or trades industries
  • ServiceTitan experience
  • Experience handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
