Customer Service Associate (Beauty Specialist)

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate (Beauty Specialist) to support our valued clients and customers via email, SMS, and inbound calls. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, eager to make a positive impact, and looking for a long-term position with a great company. • Shift: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:00 pm MST 
• Hybrid Schedule: 3x per week on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 

Job Responsibilities 

• Field inbound customer calls, texts, and emails ranging from basic inquiries to processing orders and troubleshooting issues 
• Communicate with clients in a timely, organized, and professional manner 
• Balance customer advocacy with business negotiation 
• Provide feedback from customers regarding product quality and purchasing experience for continuous improvement 
• Understanding multiple brands within the business 

• Solid communication skills (written and spoken) 
• Customer service, proactive and logical problem-solving skills and experience 
• Speed and accuracy in typing and note-taking 
• Beauty or cosmetology experience a plus 
• Must be a good-natured team player with a calm, patient and helpful demeanor 
• Computer literacy and ease with toggling between computer programs and the Internet 
• High School Graduate or GED, some college coursework preferred 
• Spanish bilingual a plus 
• Work and personal references required
