Job Description - Customer Service Call Center

We Plan, Build & Service with our common “Total Compliance” operating culture and shared services, our companies have planned, built and maintained some of the leading industrial, commercial and institutional facilities throughout Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and the United States.

Job Description

The ideal candidate is experienced in placing the customer first, is highly focused on quality and detail, and is eager to understand and solve customer problems. We are looking for a team member with high integrity, who can work in and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

 

We Provide:

  • Manages order processing, from start to finish, via phone, email and e-commerce
  • Collaborates with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate shipments and invoices
  • Partners with sales representatives in processing customer needs
  • Assists with all inquiries and escalations in a timely manner
  • Owns the customer experience
  • Drives issue resolution
  • Provides timely responses
  • Balances multiples priorities
  • Attends to detail and ensures accuracy|
  • Demonstrates empathy

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED
  • 1 year of prior experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of prior experience in customer service
