We are looking for a Customer Service Claims Specialist who is professional, personable, and an excellent communicator. This position is responsible for assisting customers with claims and quality concerns, communicating with internal department heads, amd helping identify effective solutions.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner who is adaptable and willing to learn. Industry and claims experience is not required but is a plus! Training will be provided on client products, processes, and systems.
Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience using computer systems for documentation, data entry, or case management
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Submitting a resume
$18 - $20 an hour
