Position Summary

The Ford Concierge Pickup & Delivery Driver plays a key role in delivering remote service experiences to dealership customers. This position is responsible for picking up customer vehicles from their homes or workplaces, bringing them to the dealership for scheduled service, and safely returning them upon completion. 

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Drive to customer locations to pick up vehicles for service appointments and deliver loaner vehicles when applicable.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle walk-arounds to document vehicle condition, fuel levels, and existing damage using designated software or mobile applications.

  
  


• 
  

  Safely transport vehicles to and from the dealership in compliance with all local traffic laws and company safety protocols.

  
  


• 
  

  Return serviced vehicles to customers, providing clear, polite communication and ensuring a seamless, premium customer experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize dealership dispatch and loaner management tools to log trips, manage schedules, and update vehicle status in real time.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean, organized shuttle and loaner vehicles, ensuring fuel/charging levels are adequate for daily operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with service advisors and dispatchers to adapt to schedule changes, route updates, or traffic conditions efficiently.

  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  

  Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle driving record (MVR).

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum age requirement  21+ 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with smartphone applications, GPS navigation, and basic digital check-in tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to drive a wide variety of vehicles, including standard cars, SUVs, and light trucks.

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently throughout the day.

  
  

Physical Requirements

• 
  

  Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.

  
  


• 
  

  Capable of getting in and out of various types of vehicles frequently throughout shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs occasionally.
