The primary responsibilities include;
Greet guests
Process referrals for clinic services
Collect personal information for new patients and input data into electronic health record
Scheduling (in person and via phone)
Collect co-pays for services
Answer phones, check voicemails
Assist clinic staff with tracking client caseloads
Assist with other administrative duties
Education; High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience; Previous experience working in a medical office and with medical records.
