Customer Service Representative

Responsible for the sale and support of all products and services offered by the company. 

Duties include:

• Possess problem-solving and strong communication skills


• Assist customers by responding to billing and service inquiries


• Use sales techniques to exceed customer expectations for products, services and account management


• Accurately quote charges and process orders


• Promote company services to new and existing customers


• General office duties
