Customer Service Representative

Payrate: $25.50 to $25.50 per hour.

The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

HOURS: Graveyard Shift (0030-0915). 

DAYS OFF: Thursday/Friday

• Customer Service Representative will rotate on a shift basis between the positions of Entry Lanes, Exit Lanes, Cashier, Ambassador, and Field. 


• Responsibilities vary based on position, facility, and PARCS system. 


• Responsibilities may include other duties as assigned. 

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Demonstrated communication skills; both verbal and written


• Always remain approachable to customers and staff 


• Problem-solving skills including prioritizing and maintaining professional demeanor.
