Customer Service Representative

AmeriCash Loans, LLC is an established financial institution serving Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, and South Carolina. We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Milwaukee team.

This entry-level position offers opportunities for professional development and advancement into management. The Sales Associate builds strong customer relationships, processes loan transactions, and works toward established sales and customer-service goals.

 Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and transactions
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Support sales and marketing initiatives
• Handle and balance cash accurately
• Perform general office duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

Qualifications

• Banking, sales, consumer finance, or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Regular and dependable attendance
• Basic math skills for handling cash and financial transactions
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, consistent with applicable law

Compensation and Benefits

• $16.75–$17.00 per hour
