Customer service Representative

About the Role

A growing professional services company is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people and making sure things get done.

The CSR will serve as an important point of contact for clients and professional partners, ensuring questions are answered, requests are handled efficiently, and follow-ups are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner


• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners


• Answer questions and provide updates regarding open requests and cases


• Follow up with various parties to obtain outstanding information and documentation


• Track open items and ensure timely completion


• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems


• Organize documents and information


• Coordinate with internal team members to resolve questions and issues


• Escalate issues when necessary


• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail


• Proactively follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks


• Assist with general administrative and customer-service tasks as needed

Experience

Prior customer service, administrative, insurance, financial services, office, or case-management experience is preferred but not required.
