Emerald City Emergency Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our supportive and dedicated emergency team. Emergency or veterinary experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and the people who love them.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you will:

• Welcome clients and manage main lobby operations, including check-ins and check-outs


• Answer and route phone calls professionally and compassionately


• Assist with emergency triage and timely communication


• Perform accurate data entry and utilize computer-based systems


• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times


• Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting


• Skilled with computers and multi-line phone systems


• Organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator


• Able to lift up to 40 lbs


• Experienced in customer service or reception (veterinary experience preferred, but not required)
