Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | Hybrid After Training | $20/hour

Looking for a fast-paced role where organization and communication skills truly matter?

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume calls and emails, coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), and serve as a key liaison between clients, attorneys, and claimants.

What You’ll Do:

Schedule and coordinate IMEs
Communicate with clients and claimants
Manage medical records via WCB portal
Coordinate translation & transportation services
Resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

Strong multitasking & time management skills
Professional phone presence
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
