Job Description - Customer Service Scheduling Coordinator

Description

Repipe Specialists is seeking to hire a Customer Service Scheduling Coordinator (CSSC) in our Burbank Headquarters. As a CSSC, you will be responsible for assisting our repipe installation teams in the coordination and execution of various phases of the repipe installation process. This person will regularly interface with project managers, property managers, repipe teams, customers, and city inspectors. A big part of this role is customer service and will be a positive face of the company. Must have 3-5 years of previous experience in Customer Service.+

This is an on-site role with no opportunity for remote work.

We have two openings for this role.

Requirements

Job responsibilities

  • Works with the multi-family operations teams to create project schedules and manage any and all updates during repipe installations.
  • Schedules pre-installation walkthroughs and repipe installation job starts
  • Answer phones, schedules customers and assists customers with any/all inquiries as needed.
  • Manage all data entry including but not limited to utilization of emails, text messages and other communications to help efficiently support repipe teams throughout the days.
  • Coordinate service calls and scheduling times with project managers and customers.
  • Support the Repipe Installation teams in various aspects of the project life cycle.
  • Manage multiple repipe projects at a time.
  • Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and that customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate assigned project deliverables between project managers, repipe installation teams, customers, and other external stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities

  • 3-5 years of experience working in an office setting assisting customers over the phone.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external.
  • Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

 Technical responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Familiar working with Apple products, iPads, iPhones
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
