Location: Rockwall, TX (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $45,000 - $140,000

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by providing a friendly and professional experience.


• Learn about our vehicle lineup to confidently answer questions and recommend the right vehicle for each customer.


• Build relationships with customers and follow up to ensure an exceptional buying experience.


• Stay up to date on current inventory, incentives, and dealership promotions.


• Work with your team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.


• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM system.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, fitness, or sales is a plus.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.


• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
