Customer Service Specialist

This international company offers outstanding benefits and bonus incentives! Customer Service Specialist will earn up to $23/hour.

Customer Service Specialist responsibilities:

• answer inbound telephone calls; address customer inquiries regarding products, troubleshooting issues and shipping issues
• respond to customer emails in a timely manner
• provide support to the Sales department
• process customer orders

Customer Service Specialist requirements:

• 1+ year of Customer Service / Customer Care experience in a fast paced call center setting
• experience working with Word, Excel and Outlook applications required along with knowledge of CRM systems
• High School Diploma/ GED required; college degree is preferred
• proficiency with SAP or another ERP System is a must
• excellent communication and customer rapport
• strong time management skills
