Customer Service Supervisor - Tampa Animal Hospital

The Animal Hospital at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay (Tampa location) is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to manager our Customer Service team. Our Animal Hospital is very high volume and fast-paced. This is a full-time position (40 hrs a week)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead the customer service team


• Oversee the operations of the customer service department at our animal hospital


• Provide superb customer service


• Must be well-organized and able to multi-task,


• Provide a liaison between client, vet technicians and veterinarians.


• Maintain a professional attitude at all times


• Being attentive to client and pet needs


• Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states


• Work patiently with distressed, frustrated or disgruntled clients


• Answer phone calls from clients


• Schedule appointments and schedule procedures


• Check-in clients


• Monitor client flow from check-in to discharge


• Monitor schedule and flow


• Client call backs


• Manage record requests between other hospitals and specialty practices


• Other duties assigned by management.


• Must be able to lift 50lbs+


• Salary based on experience


• Schedule includes working Saturdays


• Past experience working with animals preferred.
