Blink Awards products provide the foundation for businesses to recognize employees and increase engagement through awards. This is where you will come in. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a seamless on-boarding and product experience. You will own an assigned group of customers that you will manage and influence with the goal of retaining them and delighting them.

You will be working directly with a wide variety of business leaders and HR practitioners at some of the most innovative companies in the world, helping them leverage best practices and use the Blink Awards tools to improve employee engagement. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is results-oriented and a self-starter. Ideal 
candidates should be comfortable with managing multiple priorities, have fantastic communication 
skills and SaaS account management experience.   World class customer facing skills is a must.

• Customer Engagement
• Customer Training
• Customer On-Boarding
• Customer Nurturing
• Customer Issue Management
• Customer Feedback to Product Development Team
• Writing Blogs & Posting on Social Networks
• Monthly Newsletters
• Managing email campaigns
• Managing mobile push campaigns
• Developing FAQ Protocols
• Optimizing Zendesk
• Tracking Customer Success through reporting and analytics
