The Customer Support Associate position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a professional, team oriented environment. This position provides friendly, dependable assistance to customers while also completing a variety of administrative and account support duties. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with computers, handling confidential information, following established procedures, and paying close attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities

· Assist customers with account questions, payment requests, stop payments, debit card requests, and other account related needs.

· Process and review account transactions, adjustments, returned items, and related documentation.

· Prepare customer notices, statements, confirmations, and other correspondence.

· Complete account verification, research, balancing, and reconciliation duties.

· Review information for accuracy and ensure transactions and documentation are processed according to established procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

· Provide switchboard support and other customer service functions as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Good computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow through.

· Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

· Good problem solving skills and ability to follow established procedures.

· Previous banking experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
