Customer Support Engineer

You are:

• In love with 3D modeling, printing and digital fabrication in general


• A patient communicator who can explain complex technical issues to any audience


• Able to develop fun and effective support materials (manuals, tutorials, blog posts etc.) that customers actually enjoy using


• Able to use cloud-based web platforms (support ticketing etc.) to efficiently track and satisfy customer needs


• A team player who is ready to put in the extra hours in a rapidly changing environment

These skills are a plus:

• Experience providing technical support for electronics and information systems


• Video production, photography, or graphic design


• 3D modeling and digital fabrication
