• Answer inbound calls and make follow\-up outbound calls

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  


• Excellent verbal communication skills
  


• A quiet, organized workspace and reliable internet
  


• Proficiency with Windows and general computer use
  


• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends (set your own schedule)
  

• Windows 11 desktop or laptop
  


• Minimum 8 GB RAM, ( 16 GB is ideal)
  


• No Chromebooks or Apple devices
  


• Dual monitors recommended  (not required at time of application)
  


• USB noise\-canceling headset  (not required at time of application)
  


• Hardwired internet connection (not required at time of application)
