Barbaricum is seeking a Cyber SME/Cyber Architect to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of mission-critical IT infrastructure. This role will support system operations, integration, and performance optimization in complex operational environments. Supports exercises in the Greater Indiana Area with 10–25% travel between Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck Training Center.

Responsibilities:
•    Install, configure, and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure.
•    Support system integration and configuration management activities.
•    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
•    Implement system updates, patches, and security controls.
•    Support system documentation and configuration management.
•    Collaborate with network, security, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:
•    Active DoD Secret Clearance
•    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
•    Experience administering enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
•    Knowledge of operating systems, virtualization, and enterprise IT architecture.
•    Experience troubleshooting and resolving system performance issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience supporting DoD or government IT systems.
•    Certifications such as Security+, Network+, or similar.
•    Experience supporting cloud or hybrid environments in the Greater Indianapolis area.
