Cybersecurity Test Engineer - Top Secret Clearance

DTSI is seeking a Cybersecurity Test Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance to design, execute, and optimize software test procedures supporting mission-critical capabilities in a secure, classified environment. This role is part of a high-impact program supporting a DoD customer, ensuring operational readiness and cyber resilience across distributed systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct rapid testing and deployment of System Support Services using distributed, secure test environments


• Designs, implements and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met


• Develops, maintains and upgrades test scripts and architectures for application products


• Write, implement and report status for system test cases for testing based on system design specifications


• Analyze test cases and provides regular progress reports


• Serves as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications


• Ensures documentation is updated based on the new user requirements


• Evaluates, recommends and implements automated test tools and strategies


• Must be able to successfully design, document and execute test plans and test case


• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor


• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 4+ years of software testing / QA experience in DoD or other secure operational environments.


• Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automated testing frameworks.


• Experience in Agile or DevSecOps environment.


• Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance


• DoD 8140.03, IA Technician Level II certification (Security+ ce)
