Cytotechnologist

Join our lab team as a Cytotechnologist performing microscopic evaluation and diagnostic screening of patient specimens. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with expertise in cytology and pathology workflows. 

This role is well-suited for experienced cytotechnologists looking to apply and expand their pathology expertise while making a meaningful impact on patient care. You will use your advanced cytology skills to screen and evaluate a variety of specimens, including GYN, non-GYN, and FNA samples, accurately identifying benign, pre-cancerous, and malignant changes. The position also includes supporting fine needle aspiration procedures, preparing specimens for microscopic review, and maintaining high standards of quality control and compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with pathologists on complex cases, manage specimen tracking and documentation, and ensure efficient workflows that support timely and accurate diagnoses. Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required 

• CT (ASCP) Certification required 

• 1+ year cytology experience required 

• Knowledge of cytology, histology, anatomy, and immunohistochemistry (IHC)
