Indemnity Security & Investigations, Inc. (ISI) is seeking professional, dependable, and experienced D Licensed Event Security Officers to join our growing event security team serving the Miami-Dade County area.

Officers will provide professional security services for a variety of special events, conventions, corporate events, sporting events, concerts, festivals, private events, and other high-profile assignments throughout Miami-Dade County.

This position is ideal for security professionals with experience in event security, access control, crowd management, hospitality, or customer service who are reliable, observant, professional, and comfortable working in fast-paced event environments.

This is also an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible secondary source of income. Officers have the ability to pick and choose available events, dates, times, locations, and shifts based on their availability.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As an Event Security Officer with ISI, your assignment may vary depending on the event and venue.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing access control at entrances, exits, VIP areas, and restricted locations.


• Checking credentials, wristbands, tickets, or authorized access.


• Monitoring guest activity and maintaining a visible security presence.


• Assisting with crowd management and crowd control.


• Directing guests and providing professional customer service.


• Monitoring restricted and secured areas.


• Identifying and reporting suspicious activity, safety hazards, or unauthorized individuals.


• Enforcing event and venue rules in a professional manner.


• Assisting with parking, traffic flow, and designated event areas when assigned.


• Responding appropriately to incidents and notifying supervisors when necessary.


• Completing incident reports and other required documentation.


• Following all event-specific post orders and supervisor instructions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

• An active Florida Class D Security License.


• Reliable and consistent transportation to event locations throughout Miami-Dade County.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Professional appearance and grooming.


• Dependable and reliable work ethic.


• Ability to arrive on time and ready to work for all accepted events.


• Ability to follow post orders and supervisor instructions.


• Strong observation and situational awareness skills.


• Ability to remain professional when interacting with large crowds and guests.


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.


• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on available events.


• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Previous experience in event security, access control, crowd management, hospitality, customer service, concerts, festivals, conventions, or sporting events is preferred but not required.

FLEXIBLE EVENT SCHEDULING

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who already have a full-time job, part-time job, school schedule, or other commitments and are looking to earn additional income.

Available events and shifts are posted, allowing officers to pick and choose opportunities based on their availability.

You may have opportunities to work weekend events, evening events, conventions, sporting events, festivals, concerts, corporate functions, and other special assignments.

Once you accept an event or shift, you are expected to arrive on time and work the entire scheduled assignment. Reliability and communication are extremely important.
