D365 Technical Architect

Position Summary

• As a Dynamics 365 Technical Architect, you will support, build, and manage scalable and efficient architectures for financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and future financial planning platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals, drive DevOps practices, and mentor team members to foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, build, and manage scalable, efficient architectures for financial systems aligning with organizational goals and standard methodologies.

• Drive automation and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.

• Oversee the implementation of new systems or modules, optimize existing systems for efficiency and user experience, and develop custom applications, extensions, or integrations as necessary.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.

• Understand and help manage system infrastructure.

• Stay updated on new technologies, lead the building of standard methodologies and documentation for financial systems, and mentor team members to foster growth and innovation.

• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 to 8 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise financial systems, OR High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 to 11+ years of specific experience.

• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, financial workflows, and cloud-based financial platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.

• Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures.

• Experience in agile and waterfall delivery models.

• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards) and automation tools.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in finance, engineering, information technology, or computer science.

Compensation: USD $135,648.00/Yr. - USD $169,560.00/Yr.
