D365 Technical Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project workflows, analyzing functional requirements, and acting as a primary liaison between cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiencies from conception to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Define, schedule, and track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with core organizational objectives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (including product, operations, and leadership) to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and facilitate clear communication across departments.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational metrics, and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with standard project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and advanced proficiency in standard data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

• Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Credentials: Active professional certifications relevant to the field (such as PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification) are highly desirable.

• Industry Expertise: Prior experience working within a matrixed corporate environment or managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Technical Extras: Familiarity with basic data visualization software (such as Tableau or Power BI) and experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams.
