CADP Instructional Systems Designer

Summary
C² Technologies seeks a CADP Instructional Systems Designer to plan, design, develop, review, and improve online and resident courseware for CLDS. Working with Government subject matter experts and program staff, the designer converts approved content and research into instructionally sound, accessible learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute course-development project plans and coordinate with Government subject matter experts, Course Directors, instructors, and other stakeholders on new courses, maintenance, and revisions.
- Apply all phases of the ADDIE model and adult-learning principles to analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation activities.
- Develop or revise course objectives and student learning objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy or another Government-approved taxonomy.
- Prepare functional requirements, design requirements, research products, storyboards, design documents, course materials, assessments, and supporting media for Government review and approval.
- Design materials for Section 508 compliance and reasonable accommodation requirements.
- Develop instructionally sound formal learning for online, blended, and resident delivery and support implementation in approved LMS environments.
- Review online-course format and content for compliance with applicable Air Force, Air University, AETC, CLDS, accreditation, and program guidance.
- Conduct and document learning-content quality reviews at least quarterly; prepare findings and recommendations for Government approval before implementation.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
- At least three years of demonstrated instructional design and learning-program development experience across multiple delivery methods.
- At least one year of experience in an academic environment that includes instructor duties and curriculum development.
- Experience developing instructionally sound formal online learning solutions.
Required Certifications & Clearance
- Completed training in instructional systems design, training, and education.
Tools & Systems
- At least one year of demonstrated experience in an LMS environment such as Canvas, Blackboard, or a comparable platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting higher education or military professional education, applying Section 508 standards, using content-authoring tools, and documenting quality-control reviews.

Base Salary Range: $50K– $100K/ year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
