Civilian Foundations Department Training and Development Specialist

Summary
C² Technologies seeks a Civilian Foundations Department Training and Development Specialist to deliver foundational learning for DAF civilian personnel across online, blended, and resident modalities. The specialist supports learner engagement, course administration, content maintenance, platform updates, and end-of-course reporting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver approved online and resident instruction, workshops, micro-learnings, discussions, exercises, and other learning activities.
- Maintain lesson plans and update approved course materials across required platforms and delivery modalities.
- Monitor participation and progress; grade coursework; provide feedback and remediation; and respond to student inquiries within one business day.
- Enter and edit information in CFD platforms as directed by the Government lead.
- Compile end-of-course data and draft reports, rosters, and other requested submissions.
- Support online office hours, webinars, virtual-session production, faculty portfolios, annual evaluations, surveys, and Government data calls.
- Apply ADDIE and adult-learning principles in needs assessment, delivery, evaluation, and course improvement while coordinating changes with the Government.
- Maintain course currency and accurately explain content related to Air Force civilian personnel and organizational expectations.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or an approved PWS equivalency: associate degree plus four years of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED plus five years of relevant experience.
Tools & Systems
- At least one year of undergraduate-level or military-equivalent online instruction using an approved LMS or collaboration platform such as Microsoft Teams, Canvas, or comparable technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree concentration in Education, Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Human Relations, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Behavior
- DAF civilian-development experience
- Experience compiling learning data and end-of-course reports.

Base Salary Range: $50K– $100K / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
