Data Coordinator

Pay Range is: $110-120k/annually

The pay listed is the salaried rate for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities 

● Maintain and update occupancy planning data, seating assignments, and workplace records. 

● Manage new hire and termination reports to ensure employee seating information is accurate and up to date. 

● Conduct regular site audits to validate: 

○ Assigned seats and team locations 

○ Available and unassigned space 

○ Space changes and workplace conditions 

○ Seating and floor plan accuracy 

● Partner with Occupancy Planners to support small space moves, seating adjustments, and team shuffles. 

● Track and document workplace changes, including relocations, seating updates, and space modifications. 

● Support occupancy reporting, data cleanup, and ongoing improvements to planning tools and trackers. 

● Collaborate with Workplace, Facilities, and cross-functional partners to resolve data discrepancies.

What you Bring: 

● 1–3 years of experience in data coordination, workplace operations, facilities, real estate, or a related field preferred. 

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate data. 

● Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets. 

● Strong organizational and communication skils. 

● Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and conduct field audits. 

● Ability to travel regularly between Bay Area office locations.

Preferred Qualifications 

● Experience with workplace management systems, CAFM/IWMS tools, or space planning platforms. 

● Familiarity with floor plans, seating maps, and workplace environments. 

● Interest in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, and occupancy planning.
