Data Specialist I

I. Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Data Specialist is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day. 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information.
• Validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data
• Landfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed.
• PMT – Validating accuracy of PMT Uploads.  Entering necessary data  
• Assist with Data Collection and reporting. 
• Other duties as assigned. 
• Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records.

III. Qualifications 

 A. Required Qualifications 
High School Diploma (accredited)

B. Preferred Qualifications 

• Software: OPIS, MASS, OCSD, 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to successfully handle multiple projects at one time
• Strong communicator, both written and verbally
• No experience
•
