Database Marketing Administrator

The Database Administrator is responsible for data and execution components of multiple direct mail and email projects including advertising for promotions, events, gaming, dining, and hotel offers. The role requires fast-paced project management throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, from creation through delivery to the guests

• Understand and adhere to all Grand Victoria Casino and Marketing Department standards, policies and procedures.

• Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).

• Ability to maintain and comply with Grand Victoria Casino’s Family Style Service Standards.

• Set up offer segmentation, query criteria from an existing database, and set up execution rules for various projects.

• Manage mailed/e-mailed/DLC campaigns and all associated components.

• Manage 8-10 projects per production month.

• Simultaneous responsibility for project tasks in beginning, intermediate and final stages of completion.

• Ownership of projects including review, routing, vendor interaction, proofing and all inquiries and notifications.

• Multi-task and change work directions quickly when needed. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.

• Comply with all policies, procedures, and gaming regulations

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or similar related work experience preferred.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

• Copywriting and proofreading experience preferred.

• Familiarity with database structures, database terminology, database management and database querying tools preferred.

• Capacity to work well with others and handle stressful situations with ease.

• Posses analytical thinking, coupled with open mindedness.

• Working knowledge and skills of position under supervision.

• Ability to assess situations and make decisions to resolve outstanding issues.

• Willing to learn new processes and methodology.

• Confident with their skills.

• Requires prolonged sitting.

• Requires normal vision and hearing range, eye/hand coordination and ability to distinguish letters and symbols, proficient with working regular office equipment (computer, telephone, radio, and copy machine); excellent customer service skills and have a professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate directly, telephonically, and electronically with co-workers, guests, general public, management both verbally and in writing.
• Understand and comply with all policies and procedures, job description, and all other instructions.
• Work is performed in Caesars Rewards, Promotions or Laurel Lounge, and/or an office environment.
• Requires regular face-to-face interaction with guests and co-workers, as well as interactions over the phone.
• Ability to tolerate varying conditions of temperature, noise levels; illumination and air quality.
• Must always present a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Salary Range: $43,000 - $48,000 annually (Depending on experience)
